Phillpotts' MK4 FR TDi ™ Update: 28/09/2012 Rear Coilovers On

I used to have a 1.2 in grey which as a lot of people who know me, know it was my baby!

I upgraded to the 1.9 FR TDI and the difference in power never fails to plaster a smile on my face

So here's how it was 3hours ago:

Cupra handbrake cover:

Exhaust clean up:

LED number plate lights:

Cupra wheels and wind deflectors:

Haha got day off tomorrow so might get the RARB on too lol. Also got the splitter to go on along with a lovely wash and wax to seal the paintwork

Got my seats and arm rest to put in too so may do armrest tomorrow as well lol. Got lots of vinyl wrapping to do too lmao I got loads to do haha. Thanks mate.

Coilovers will be done when funds free up as I'm in a bit of a pickle with money now I bought it with insurance etc lol. Got some more from the old car to do first so will do all that as its free lol. Need some center S caps for the wheels but I can't even afford £8 each to get 4 of them lmao

Footwell lights, Hid's, tints all around, egr delete, boost gauge, map, panel filter/open cone, de cat millitec hi flow, Coilovers, rub strips and mirrors gloss black along with read bumper numbe plate part, refurb cupra wheels, vinyl wrap roof,

2 points of caution,

1. - egr delete unless mapped out properly will leave the eml on permanently
2. - open cones on a diesel dont sound very good imo, try it before you get one

Yea I got one in my garage so might whack it on quickly. And yea I know that's why I wanna get it deleted before the map so the map can sort the light out as any light on the dash is a instant fail now on MOT! Why does it throw some people's on but not others?

Niiiicccceeee, what's insurance like compared to the 1.2? I was quoted 1800 compared to just 950 on my 1.2?

Haha I've been very busy this morning as well Danny lol. And it was £1032 with 3 other drivers on but because I didn't have the cash to pay upfront I'm now paying overall £1468!!!!
