Lmao long story but I'm short, I was fishing a cable out from a plaster boarded wall and there was a piece of wood exactly where the hole I made was but a little gap. The rest is self explanatory lol
Not really I was worrying that I would have to cut out a bigger hole in the wall and worried about patching costs lol
