Phone not charging and Cupra ident issue

Hi all,

I received my cupra formentor V2 on Friday and very happy so far.

However I do have 2 minor issues:

- My phone will not charge via cable or wireless charger, but my partners will, I have a Samsung Flip4 (Flip3 is on the compatibility list) . (partner has a Samsung S20)

- Cupra ident issue, unable to unlock or lock car through the app, as not authorised to use function.

Any help?

The ident issue is only available once the dealer has verified your identity with appropriate id mines was a passport.

Did you resolve these issues? We have two newish Samsung's that will not charge with the cable.
