I was speaking to a mate of mine at work who may well be looking for a Mk3 Cupra, and I told him about yours.
Apparently, the previous evening/afternoon he was outside our offices and you drove past on Poynters Road. He says it sounded the proverbials.

thats what i said to him at the weekend after going out in it.... but i did follow straight up with i want my fuel economy though!

but 200 to a tank is alot better than say a scooby my mate has a uk version so not as quick as imports thats £50 to a tank and will only do 200 miles so at mike's ihi which i guess is same as ever one else's about £40 to fill and 200 miles but a hell of alot faster, i know which id go for

1st/2nd smoke easily, but 3rd hooks up nicely...... big long tall gears suit it well.

Whereabouts are your offices on Poynters then? Near the Shell garage?
I picked Seli off a couple of times last week.... came back along Poynters...
Or it may of been the Blue one as Seli has been driving that when I havent picked/dropper her off...

It was definitely the new beast - he said it was silver, looked damned good and sounded even better.

Reckon I will be hitting 230 this tank tho... done 100, and got 130 left...

If you hit 230 I'll be shocked... I just filled up and mine was at 200 with apparently 65 miles left in the tank.....
After doing those vids on that private road the other night, I don't think you'll get to see 230 from it at all....
Plus with all the little drives you'll be going on tonight at the MK meet....
still aint bad for the power your gettings if you get 200 or 230 form it, bet your mates at 350 will do liek 100 miles to a tank lol.

Looks, sounds and smells (exhaust fumes that is!) lovely Mike.
Just met Mike in the Shell garage (quel surprise). As you pulled away along the dual carriageway into the trading estate I thought "souns like he should be going a lot quicker" then.......
you must have actually put your foot down because the exhaust took on another note as you disappeared off!
