yellow leon is from immingham mate. and i spotted you today near the trawl. i was in a silver mk4. i got rid of the yellow one now
ahh hows the mk4 treating you? got more power than me!! lol...I think i remember seeing your car..there was alot of cars around though with it being the start of rush hour. Everytime I see a yellow mk4, I look out for black wheels and a red cable tie thinking its you but its not lol

sold the yellow one fairly local though so you may still see it about. hasnt got the red strap on though as i got sick of people copying so hid it behind the grill

i wouldnt bet your bottom dollar on it bud. mine 'was' immaculate. polished every week without fail for the 5 years we had it. never saw dirt & if it did it was washed as soon as it got home.

its having facelift front like the yellow one and cupra rear. ive already got the front sat in the spare bedroom waiting while i save up to for paint. then ill keep looking for the rear. i was looking for one for the yellow one anyway. i hate the bumper thats on now. it looks more like a 1.2 at the front than the yellow one did, & that was a 1.2 lol

carbon looks great i've always wanted a yellow cupra but the paint fade bothered me as it seems to be a regular sight, have they improved on the newer models like yours?
thanks ...the past yellow will be ovni yellow, on the new mk5 its crono yellow which is just a tad bit darker i think. I asked my dealer about the colour fading but they said that it shouldnt at all so I'll take their word for it It's not like UK has the strongest sun for it to fade the colour so I'm alright lol

mine had started, it was ovni. but it faded gracefully and i never noticed it badly until i had the bonnet & front bumper painted. then it showed but not unless it was pointed out. i think chrono is kind of a revised colour as it seems to have replaced ovni on the last of the mk4's as well as mk5s
Yeah ovni can fade...seen a few cars in ovni that has faded. I prefer the crono yellow...more of a solid yellow imo

great looking car would have gone for one of these if i didnt need the extra space, seat definatley seem to be one of the only car manufacturers to pull off yellow. happy motoring

Not updated this in a while and saw a picture that I liked and thought I'd mess about with it
Yet to get my Inters ticket...hope to have enough money to get my car revo'd up at Inters but not 100% on this as I have a stag to go to and my insurance needs to be renewed next month...but hopefully..I stress the word hopefully, by Christmas, I'll have the ITG kit in and mapped (fingers crossed!!)...I really really want the Milltek as well as I want the burble sound and the popping sound when I give it some but doing some reading on here, Powerflow has got some good reviews...and abit cheaper as well!
