Pipercross Viper max HP ?

I wanted to buy a Pipercross Viper induction kit, the VFC190 for ibiza 1.8T.... but do you know how many HP this air filter support ? because I don't find a lots informations about this induction kit...

From my personal experience the viper is useless. Modified stock intake rules!

Or look into ITG maxogen

Just reading your question, 1) are you asking how much does it increase your BHP? Or 2) how much BHP can your car have with it?

1) It will probably if setup properly give you maybe 4/5bhp
2) Whatever you like!!

yeah absolutely fine you can use any induction kit and like RSTuning said a modified airbox is just as good if not better as well!!

For that power the stock untouched intake should be perfect. Or stick an ITG panel filter in.

depends what you want from it

if its just a less restrictive intake, then the stock airbox mod with a green panel filter will suffice. theres little power to be gained from spending big money on a kit like the piperX viper stuff. dont bother

50/50 sound and Performance really... As im gettin a Spit-R valve soon aswell then a remap...So a green panel filter with give off a nice sound?

not much sound when using the stock airbox whether its modified or not.

however where there's less induction sound the split'r will be more noticeable

Just doin some searches atm,,

And Some people have said smooth the air box inside and Cut apart of the intake off...

Plus green panel filter and Oe airbox and Cold air feed is a Cheaper option ? lol
