plaese help, oil pressure guage

couldnt find what i wanted with a search, please help. ive got a mechanical oil pressure gauge from nomad, i just want to know where i screw the bit into. its a copper brass coloured thing withv two different threads on it.

does it have an external thread one end and an internal one the other ??

better still gis a piccy if you can


if i remember right the oil pressure switch/sensor is in the cooler housing on the top of the oil filter

most mechanical gauges use an adaptor - you remove the sensor and fit the adaptor in enabling both the original sensor and a supply to the gauge to both be fitted in the same hole

wotever you do dont kink the pipe or let it get kinked - keep it as smooth a run as possible
