Please Help Oil Residue

I have looked at the engine and have seen the oil shown in the picture. Doesnt seem to be a massive issue but what could this be

It looks like its around the cam magnets. Maybe I need to change those since they haven't been done. But why oil near the cap?

You have a small leak from the cap. Very common on the EA888 engine 1.8 and 2.0 litre
Buy a new cap at your lokal VW/Seat dealer, it is cheap.
