Oil low issue

Hi guys
I have a cupra 280 2015 recently purchased from a dealer...

Had a bit of greyish smoke.when warm.and revving in cupra mode...contacted him and.he said normal.

Since then I have now after 700 miles got a low oil issue lowest point it seems to be smoking and consuming oil..

Has the PCV valve been replaced? Check around the engine for obvious signs of oil leakage. What happens when you top it up, how long does it take for it to show low oil level?
