For all of the owners out there, did you receive a physical owners manual? The country you’re in may be useful to note.

Checked all over the car, and nothing to hand. Dealer checked other Terramar’s in stock (mix of new/used) and did not find anything.

I know where to access it online, including the recently updated one, but I do prefer looking at a physical manual for ease of readability.

If you do have one, was it given as is or in a leather pouch etc? The screenshot suggests this is something available at handover to be used as a checklist.

Hi there,

I’m writing to you from Portugal. A few months ago, I had the exact same question as you. If you search on Reddit, you’ll find my post.

In my case, I received a small booklet that wasn’t even the full manual. It came in a small pouch. I asked the same question to Cupra, and they confirmed that’s how their cars are delivered. However, I wasn’t entirely convinced because I suspected my car might have been used by the dealership for an exhibition or something.

Here’s a photo of what I received:

Physical manuals have been a thing of the past for quite some time. You'll generally receive the small booklet but everything contained within the "manual" is now available for download on the infotainment system or online via the dedicated website.
