pollen filter

do the pollen filters from SEAT have an activated charcoal core? and if so how much are they? because i recently bought a MANN filter from GSF, thinking it was the same, big mistake, it has about half the pleats.

some do have charcaol and others dont. depends on model and year apparently. try asking David at in the seremotors, dealer forums.

bloody obvious really wasn't it....
didn't realise that was what they meant by it.
will take apart at weekend and have a look at how clogged it is and order if needed. just hope i put back correctly so as not too flood footwell!!!!!!

piece of pi$$ to change , and i had mine from a local factors , was cheeap too

gonna do, but need to change brakes at front
both disc & pads so looking at 312mm upgrade so it may have to wait, but nice to know it's should be any easy job for plonker like me...
