Hi All,

Had my Boc four days now and loving the gentle drives at the moment. Just wanted to check something as normal as this looks a bit strange. If you open the driver or passenger door and look forward, by the hinges, along the wings there are two grey polystyrene blocks. I would normally expect there to be some sort of bulkhead here. Is this normal? If not I'll try and post up some pics. Probably a cost saving measure but not seen it on any previous cars I've owned.

Thought I'd check on here before making a fool of myself at the stealers :D

Yeh it goes between the inner and outer wings, my 2000 plate cordoba has foam ones, I suspect they're supposed to help with road noise or something but not really sure.:)

Hi,
I've got those too.
Something to note however, when I fitted my mudflaps to the front you need to release the inner wheelarch (as per instructions) to fit the flaps. In behind there (which is the front side of the poly block) was rammed full of leaves and road cr*p, all wet and muddy. I cleaned it all out, but that cannot be good for the car!
