poor boost

go a little problem with my boost at the moment. it boosts up to 1.5 bar then with my foot still planted slowly creeps down is this normal? i have vagcom and it shows nothing?

yeh pretty much it wont hold boost for long do sum logs and put them on here if you are concerned

cheers guys also im running a forge 007p dump valve and was thinking of changing the spring compression to see if it holds boost better is that a good idea?

So you think peaking at 1.5bar then dropping is a problem?

basically its a small turbo and will not hold 1.5 bar for long, sounds about right to me

As said mate it's only a small turbo mine peaks about 1.5 1.6 bar and after about 5k tails off to hold just over a bar. that big boost spike is where you get all your tourqe from.

cool thats good to know just had my dump valve in bit and regreased it all and its holding a lot better too happy days.
