looking at getting some porshce cup rep wheel's they are off a mk3 golf can i get hub adapters to fit my mk3 cupra?

yes mate gsf are doing 15% off fk stuff at the mo and the adaptors are included

but will the offset be right do you know?

no dont think they will. if they are genuine porsche then yes, but not reps made to fit a mk3 5 stud as there off set is about the same as the ibiza thne you add 20mm adaptors make the offset around 15 which wont fit on the ibiza, well not very well any way.
but some mk3's come 4x100 same as the ibiza but the gtis and vr's are 5x100
