poss head gasket help 1.8t 20v

i have developed a problem there is exesive steam\vapour coming from the exhaust .
i no the time of year this does happen but this is exesive and is more noticeable when stationary.

i am not losing water there is no mix in the oil ext not over heating

the heaters in the car take ages to heat up

also the car had been parked up for a few days and i decided to check the water as i undid the cap there was loads of pressure built up

any ideas would be great

Does your needle go over 90? Do you need some chicken for the mayo in the head? Does the steam stop when you drive? Yes or no answers will do....my guess is its just because its cold.

needle doesnt get over 90

there is no signs of mayo

the steam does seam to stop as i drive but when i pull up and look in the mirror you cant see the car behind

in the header tank there are black bits

Its not a headgasket. Just this crappy weather.

head gasket had gone just got car back from garage today no more smoke

ive got lots of smoke on over run.

but i am running 300bhp.
