Ok, so I'm really fed up with this car now. Here's the story.

mk1 Leon Cupra R revo stage 2

Engine rebuilt:
*144/20 rifle drilled Rods
* headgasket
* headbolts
* pan sealant
* oe connecting rod bearings
* 13x copper exhaust nuts
* 2x Mann oil filters
* 1x gates performance timing belt
* INA Manual Tensioner Kit
* Ferrea race exhaust valves x 8 OE Size
* OE Piston Rings 1.8t 20v
* Cylinder head rebuild kit
* OEM oil pump
* OEM water pump
* Relentless V3 manifold

It's now run in, had the oil, oil filter and spark plugs changed.

I've been gently showing it some boost recently and then last weekend decided to give it some. Car only boosted to 1.1 bar. Checked everything can't find any boost leaks. Took the car out again and as the boost builds there's a very quick squeak. There's no fault codes, so can anyone shed some light before I get the turbo taken off to be looked at?

Cars only covered 38k too

Few things I'd check;

DV incase its sticking from not being used as often as usual when running engine in,
Log N75 duty cycle in Vagcom, If thats 100% and still not managing to build boost,
Smoke test to see if boost is being built but lost, if no issues then its likely,
Turbo that can't build the boost in the first place

I'll log the duty cycle, going to log boost pressure, air flow and fuelling too. It's had a smoke test, no leaks in the system. I'll whip the DVD off too.
Cheers
