I need a new power steering rack, which I have ordered, I was told both pipes are pretty corroded and will eventually go, probably sooner than later, so I've decided to replace them. But given the current climate I am trying to keep costs down.
I have managed to find a new OEM return pipe/hose for £29.99 (£101.24 dealer price)
I am having trouble finding the hydraulic expansion hose/pipe that goes from the pump to the steering rack. The dealer price is £214.20
I've found a new original part for around £170 but I have noticed that the same part number but with a last different letter is cheaper new original and OEM.
The SEAT part number is 6Q2423893H, the other number part numbers I have noticed are 6Q2423893D, E and F.
Does anyone know if any of the 3 other part numbers (D, E or F) would be the same specification, fitting etc as 6Q2423893H?
