I know many of you fit these to replace the standard ones. Before I do the same I just wondered if there is any difference in feel compared to standard bushes. Is there any harshness or kickback through the suspension or steering? Any disadvantages with Powerflex bushes?

I fitted powerflex rear wishbone bushes yesterday on my Lcr, feels a bit tighter dont notice much difference in vibrations, harshness or noises, im lowered 40mm so the ride is a bit stiffer than standard anyway.

A friend of mine polybushed everything on his mk3 golf, basically said the biggest thing he noticed is when you come to a stop yunno, you put ya brakes on and when you stop, you rock forward and then backwards a little as the weight/momentem catches up.

Basically that doesnt happen.

They will feel stiffer at first but once bedded in I think the stiffness is reduced and you get more of a tight feel with less play if that makes sense.

Big difference and worth while doing.

The Powerflex bushes I fitted to my front arms made a noticeable difference when cornering, impressed. And to be honest can barely notice any stiffness compared to standard.
