What reg did this start and what's the difference to the exteriors?

I started seeing the facelift models in 59 plates onwards. Also seen the new Leon (with the square looking back lights, similar to the Golfs and Astras etc) in an 11 plate recently too.

I think the FL model came out in July 09. Revised front bumper, grill and headlights, bigger door mirrors, revised tailgate (glass is full width) and slightly different rear lights. Plus the improved suspension of course.

but +1 on the less aggressive

Been looking at both FL and pre FL and i think i like the pre FL better. The lines are nicer for the shape of the car.

FL interiors wins hands down though, dont forget that when making your decision

I dont agree, the radio is better and the flat steering wheel, but i dont like the new climate conrol.

admittedly its dials on the FL and buttons on the pre and that does seem to be backwards, but the black letters on red background looks dated these days

Come on then where are these facts, i would slate you but your not CC anymore so im under mixed allegiances here.

stg1 cr is fast than pd but thats because of a crapper dpf, so this will be based on stg2. So bring on the proof

For standard cars look on any car mAgs with 0-62mph and top speed tests. For dpf delete cars just trust me nd ask Ben

i'll give you top end, ive noticed that myself tbh, but im kicking your ass by 0.1sec to 60!

Face it, the only thing the PD is faster at in the real world is draining its fuel tank

On dpf delete cars. Maxing out on stage 2 there is 10-15 bhp differences on ***** rollers in favour of the Pd. Comes from the mouth of the shRky man himself
