Bought a 56 plate Toledo from Premier SEAT Leek in October. Had trouble with it from day 1 - problem with the turbo on the way home from Premier & it had to be returned (200 mile round trip). They fixed it but I was far from confident about the overall condition of the car. Just had its first MOT & it failed - 2 bald tyres & worn brake pads, despite being assured by Premier that it had been given a thorough "pre-MOT check" when I bought it. I now have absolutely no confidence in the car (and this dealership) & feel like I have been ripped off. Without doubt the worst car of this age I have ever bought & the worst dealership!

i had poor dealings with the VW arm of Premier its a few years ago now mind. my car that i had bought from them a fortnight earlier went in for work to be done on the compressor unit to the A/C and they made a real mess of the car, grease on seats, mats and sills and plastic shavings of some kind all over the carpets. i keep my cars clean - obsessivley so at that time as i used to show and shine it. when challenged the service manager commented on what a mess i had made of it in the two weeks that i had owned it...i was ferkin fuming. anyway, they DID however valet it after heated discussions but the dash never went back in straight after the work and it left a bad taste in my mouth, the car went after 18 months as it never felt right after that.
