AFAIK only by contacting somewhere like Newreg who will value it, on lower than they will sell it on, or dvla i think.

Your best bet is to price up one that looks similar to yours,

Where can you find out the value of your number plate btw?

Its hard to get a proper valuation as they are only worth what someone's willing to pay.

I had mine valued a few years ago at £800 from newreg or similar, a few months later they called and offered me £2000 which I said no to.

Recently I say JIMUY for sale at about £8000 and I think mines better! Think I'd regrett selling it tho
