I got a Adrenaline E hybrid 204ps Cupra formentor.

but I got 2 questions is it possible to unlock the 245ps performance on this model?
(I though I read somewhere that it’s a software limitation for the models)

And I got only 3 driving modes normal sport and custom. Is it possible to get the Cupra mode? With the fake sound for the full experience?

I don't know for sure.. but is the performance defecit in detuned battery or detuned engine? obviously the based model is a 150hp, but they get 190hp out of same engine

Yes it's the electric motor that's detuned in the 204.

I think because it's not a vz1 model it's not possible to include the cupra mode etc into the vehicle..you need a vz1 or above to have those options.
