Try as they might they can't disclaim away your basic consumer rights. Getalong to your nearest SEAT dealer and get a firm price for the cd. The offer of £100 is an admission of liability. So insist on full compensation, a refund or suitable swap. Writing to the CEO often has a magical effect as it disturbs their afternoon nap. Btw which branch are you dealing with?
