I wanted to replace the OE front brake pads on my '25 Ateca VZ3 (Brembo calipers), and narrowed my selection down to Ferodo DS Performance based on availability, wanting to have R90 Approved pads (so as not to compromise my Insurance) and having previously used DS2500s for 20+ years as my go to pads in various cars.
Progressive had them at a reasonable price and after a bit of a Q & A via their WhatsApp number (they don't do phone calls, but objectively WhatsApp messaging worked far better) to ensure the pads they listed would be right for my Ateca, I ordered online late Monday evening. Pads were despatched Tuesday morning, and delivered early next day by DPD.
NB> Caveat on delivery; Progressive had set the delivery criteria as to the delivery address ONLY with signature; no option for safe place, neighbour, pickup point etc. A security measure I guess considering the nature and value of good.
Overall; Extremely satisfied, 5 star service and I'll happily buy again.
