Quick spark plug ?????????

alrite lads im servicing my cupra and iv done a search on spark plugs and alot of people seem to be using and recommending NGK BRK7EIX ones. but i was talking to my mate who works as a mechanic for VW and he said your supposed to use platinum ones or something like that. Also do u really see a power change with performance plugs car spec is in sig

Rik for what its worth BRK6EIX are the one grade colder ngk's plugs and are only 25 quid from comber car parts (and from the net, they are usually a tenner cheaper than the denso's) Im running them presently and have no complaints.
