I am going to put mine on today but don't have a torque wrench. Do I really need to go and buy one or can I get away without it?

Part arrived yesterday and took 10mins to fit. Excellent bit of kit, adjusted it to shortest shift and it feels great.
Dont need to remove anything to fit. I put it in neutral to fit, can move a bit when working on it but just move back with hand. Remove left hand linkage, by pressing and sliding the top clip off the linkage, dont lose will need again. Lift off llinkage, then use a 13mm socket bit to loosen the bold holding the shifter in place, I lifted the shifter up and placed a larger socket bit under it and tapped the spindal a few times with a hammer to loosen it. Remove old shifter and replace with nice new shiny one, putting back into same position, tighten up fit linkage and then clip. Job done!!!

Very happy :funk:

they're not on offer anymore, I just gave them a call. He said he hasn't had time to change the body of the advertisement.

Think I'll be getting one from THS, as they're the cheapest around now at £50

Just got this reply from them - pity

Hi,
yes sorry about that, that should have been changed long ago, these are no longer on special offer and are priced at £57.99.

Keep looking though as they may go back on offer soon.
