radio "2 SAFE"

eeep... done some electrical work on the car so i've had the battery off, my mate "trying to help" has put the radio into safe mode. how do i get it out so i can enter my code??

Yup. Just seen your post on the other thread, so I've turned the radio on and left the car unlocked. I'll check it again when I come back out of Tescos...

QUESTION: all it says (after almost an hour) is still "SAFE". Not "1 safe", or 2 safe, or safe 1 or safe 2 etc.

Could this mean that all attempts to enter the code have been used up (not by me I might add)??

Or am I supposed to press a button to get the word "SAFE" to disappear?

(and I wasn't really outside Tescos )

all sorted now. Almost exactly an hour after I turned it on, it came up with "1000" and now it's working again.

by the way - will a Dension iPOD controller plug and play into the standard Leon Aura head unit? (the plug on the end is the blue one, the same as the CD changer plug...
