radio and climate control not working

i wasnt aware that i was, i press the button and it posts my query.

i am new to this and only after some advice, being a seat owner i thought that this site would be able to help, and the people on the site would be helpful too!

You need to keep discussion about the problem in one thread. With multiple threads about the same thing, it's difficult for people to help you as they might not see all the facts. Help people to help you!

UPDATE ON RADIO AND CLIMATE CONTROL NOT WORKING

AFTER CHECKING ALL THE FUSES, DISCONNECTING THE BATTERY AGAIN AND TAKING OFF RADIO FASCIA TO ENSURE RIBBON CONNECTOR NOT LOOSE.......

MY BROTHER FOUND THAT THERE IS A FUSE IN THE BACK OF THE RADIO UNIT, AND HEY PRESTO IT HAD BLOWN, NEW FUSE IN THAT AND EVERYTHING IS WORKING PERFECTLY.

i am so happy but amazed that after trawling through hundreds of posts on this site that no-one else even suggested that there was another fuse on the back of the radio.

so my advice to others is to check that fuse first.
