Radio/Stereo/Infotainment removal.

Newbie from Portugal. Originally from the UK, I've recently bought an Ibiza 1.0 litre 95hp.
Unfortunately, I am having problems removing the radio/stereo/infotainment unit. The removal keys have loosened the unit at the top but, it is still fixed at the bottom and I am unable to pull it out. It feels as though I should be using four keys but there doesn’t appear to be any more slots at the bottom. . I've spent days online looking for advice but, as yet, I've found nothing so I would be very grateful for any help.
