This is my first post, apart from the introduction post, and I hope any of you can help me with an issue with my radio system.
Since I bought the car in 2022, the radio has always had issues with my phone. The WiFi and Bluetooth connect and disconnect all the time. There are occasions where it totally ignores my phone or even isn't able to recognize any phone, even by USB.
At the beginning of the year, I got the news that this is a common issue on all cars of the VW group from that year, and the solution is to perform an update. However, when I asked the SEAT garage to address it, they asked me for more than 100 euros to solve the issue, something I felt was a scam.
So I would like to know if any of you have an idea how to do it by myself. I know that some versions of different VW group cars can be updated by USB or SD card, but I couldn't find any information on how to do the update on my SEAT. Additionally, I have no idea where I can get the software or firmware to do it.
