1, i have a 2002 seat leon 1.8 20vt and want to get an arm rest for drivers side as they do in the lcr can i do this or would i need to change the seat??

2, need to know as noone answers this, in the forge dv007 can you run them in reverse safely to get more noise and if so would it be best to use the yellow spring??

3, has anyone experimented with different types of aerials?

4, and what reasonable suspension has people found best for around £400

1.) The arm rests can either be bought from SEAT for about £120 + fitting, or you can get a non-SEAT one off eBay for about £50. Link: http://cgi.ebay.co.uk/Centre-Console-ARM-REST-for-Seat-LEON-TOLEDO-ARMREST_W0QQitemZ4630935245QQcategoryZ100918QQssPageNameZWDVWQQrdZ1QQcmdZViewItem

2.) Yes. I have just bought and fitted one, I asked Forge this exact question and they said it would cause no problems. It doesn't make the loudest noise in the world, but a noise it does make.

3.) There are a few topics on this forum about aerials, most popular seems to be the Honda Civic/S2000 aerial, again from eBay, about £5.

4.) Someone else will have more experience to answer this, but again, there are a few topics regarding this, have a quick search.

Hope this helps.

I know a few people who have fitted the offical SEAT ones and they fit perfectly, best to fit it yourself, much cheaper, not too difficult either. You can buy cloth or leather ones depending on your trim.

Not 100% certain on the eBay ones personally.... but some people on this site have fitted them and are happy, they are a bit narrower than the SEAT ones. :)
