part of the risk i suppose when you put a 350bhp engine in a 15k car.. but still gutting! and nice when it works i bet 
Gearbox gone ... mate you must have pockets 9` deep to afford that and your vodka habit! Hope you get it back soon, fixed and reliable too!
dude gutted. just keep chisseling away on the golf to pass the time and keep the hope alive of skinning anything you see once more
H17och not sure if its the same as the mk3 box but i think the bearings in the imput shaft have given up and its just sorta rattling!
jbs took the gearbox out the same night i collected it turned up at 6,30 was looking for problem for 2 hours or so then found it was comingfrom gear box so at 7:30-8 they started to take the box out and are dismantling it in the new year id imagine and theyre personally going to drop the car down to me 5HOURS TRECK!

my 5 day conversion took six weeks.. had the pleasure of jabbas lupo to drive.. totally gutless but covered in jabba logos... every corsa out there wanted a piece of me..
things like this tend to drag on but worth it in the end.

m8, long time no speak! hope ya ok, all settled into my new crib with my missus! your car is the best ever! loved it from day 1! i miss my cupra so much it hurts! maybe in the near future will be able to afford a mk3 cupra but at the mo i will just have to drool over your cupra! good job fella!

i know fella got phone probs!! shame bout the gearbox but hey it will get done! when it is done let me know when its gonna be ready for pod next year! i so gotta see what that bad boy can do up the strip!!

@aimez the ibiza is defo in the dog house at the mo! ive text a few people as i thinking of SELLING UP AGAIN! looking for £11.5-12k spent twice as much
just cant justify having this car anymore! but at the same time i LOVE IT TO BITS and never want to sell her 
will be back in the new year sometime id imagine!
tbh only thought id be doing the 10 hour treck 2 times 1 too drop her off and 1 to pick her up but being the first 20vt cupra to go big turbo ive seen the trip easily 9 round trips so thats 90hours of driving
so im sure you can imagine how annoyed me and the techs at jbs are about this car! id still use jbs again tho as im like family how much i live up their
