Rattle noise on acceleration

Evening all.

Right, Ive been hearing a noise from the engine, I have tried to simulate different situations. Hopefully some one can help.

I have got a rattle type sound when under acceleration, its only when im in gear (as I have tried just revving the engine, out of gear).

I have checked the oil and its fine, it happens when the engine is cold as well is hot.

I have a 1.4 100bhp Formula Sport. It currently has 8200 miles and is due a service in 1500 miles. Most of the miles driven are motorway miles, but not thrashed. The car was run in correctly.

Think its probably just the exhaust rattling against the heatshield or something of a similar nature.

this hapens to me to, only when i accelerate hard, mines a FR 130 and i think it's just the turbo kicking in around 2k

This could be the dreaded manifold to turbo bolts like the 1.8T constant problem.

i'll have a look and make sure they're tight then! was in the garage yesterday, so they may have tightened them if they where loose!
