rattly exhaust

hi, my ibiza's exhaust is rattling, but only on acceleration, & decceleration. I couldn't notice any loose heat shields, but it is coming from the back. Could it be the baffles gone in the rear box?

My Cordy's got the same problem, when I hit 3000-3500 rpm it rattles like a booger!

Had a look underneath and shook the exhuast, but can't see/hear anything wrong, so must be the internal baffles gone

Ah well, it's going soon so nothing to worry about !!

my CAT on my 1.4 did that for about a month at 3000ish revs, Quick *rapists* Fit wanted over £400 to replace it, told em to .....well, the obvious. Rattle disappeared after a little, not sure that's the most common of cures on most though. Whatever was rattling must have cleared itself or broken down inside the cat

yea i just bought a 2.0 8v ibiza yesterday and i get the same rattling, sounds like its coming from the cat but i cant tell whether its inside or out. happens at about 2000rpm. ill let u know if i find out what it is.
