Rear bumper panel missing

Hi all, looking for this panel that is missing off the bottom of the rear bumper. I cannot find the part number anywhere?

Its a 2015 Seat Leon 1.4 TSI Technology

Hi all, looking for this panel that is missing off the bottom of the rear bumper. I cannot find the part number anywhere?

Parts catalog does not contain a separate number for it.
Curiously in fact, there's no hint of neither an opening like that nor a cover for it in any rear bumper illustration.

Has it been cut out for a tow bar at some point in it's life?
