Rear bumper reflectors

As above, does anyone know how to get them out?

There is a lug at the outer end of the reflector which slips into a slot in the bumper. There is also a screw about 2/3s the way along starting at the outer end. This screw comes through from behind the bumper. Remove the screw, pull the inner end away from the bumper and withdraw the lug from the slot. Getting at the screw is a proper faff.

I need to replace my right rear reflector as its a bit scuffed - any idea how m uch these are form the stealers? Sound a bit fiddly to remove though
