Just went outside to get my football boots off the back seat to find my rear passenger door won't open from the inside or out, neither does the window but the window works off the drivers controls. There is a leaky door seal that's waiting to be fixed on that door so I'm wondering if the water/moisture has anything to do with it? Any help will be appreciated

You tried palming/ whacking the door near the handle? Sometimes frees it up!
Ak

i saw your comment on another thread saying to give it abit persuasion and it worked...till the next time i tried getting in [:@] but like i said on the post about its got me stumped. All four door seals are getting done and one there dried out i hope it stops being such a b**ch.

So I got my car back a few days ago and the door was fine opening and closing the floors all dry how I wanted. Happy days...till I went out to find it wouldn't open -.- again! But when it does open I can open or close it but soon as I either lock it or the door locks kick in when driving it won't open For ages! Thinking about it being the door lock mechanism? If anyone knows or rough prices to replace them? I'm fully stuck here :(

Yeah, get a working unit from ebay then rip it to peices and replace.

If it doesnt open ever again (like mine did) you have to strip the door whilst closed (easy to do) and hammer it to peices with a chisel as I did..

Yeah, It was easy enough.. just had to basically smash the lock mechanism to peices until it realesed the door. It wasnt pretty but you cant get access to the levers etc whilst its bolted in place and you cant unbolt it without the door opened..

Have fun!
