Rear Seat Won't Fold Down

Hi guys sorry if this question has been answered already but after searching for a while I couldn't see anything.
My rear 2/3s seat won't fold down. I pull the handle up but nothing happens. The handle seems loose like its not connected to anything. Has anyone had the same problem and manged to fix it themselves or is this something I need to go to the main dealer for? Any tips or suggestions would be gratefully received.

If you look half way down the rear seat from inside the boot you see the catch, ping it over with an open ended screwdriver, wont fix it but you'll be bale to move the seat.

Somebody did have the same issue as this, but it was some time ago, and I can't remember the fix.

Not very helpful, I know, but it was posted about if you want to keep searching...
