Rear Tail Light

Hi,

This is my first post. I hope I've done it right.

I need a rear outer left tail light for my Seat Leon 1.6 TDI MK3 2013 (non LED). I've looked around but there seems to be two part numbers that look exactly the same and I'm not sure which I need.

Are both 5F0945096B and 5F0945096D the same?

Any help would be appreciated.

The end letter is the modified one go for that.

5F0945096 is for the right side.
You should be looking at 5F0945095, which is for the left side.
There seems to be three variants on the market, marked with B, C & D.
I checked on the official parts catalogue and there is no discernible difference between them like any production date or VIN range.
They must be minor modifications so you can use any of them, but you might want to look for the latest one.

Not 100% sure but maybe you are looking at LHD vehicle, RHD would be different?

I thought about that too and checked all the parts in the taillight section.
Outer parts of the taillight are all the same for LHD/RHD.
The difference for LHD/RHD is only in inner parts of the taillight (the ones on the tailgate).
