Has Anybody got experience with these on their rear view mirror. Bought one by the company Y1. Want to hard wire it to the fuse box but aside from the mirror being very large the straps that fix it to the existing mirror don't fit round the mirror's fat body

To be honest I'd just get a normal dash cam I got mine from Amazon I also got a wiring kit from Halfords and connected to the ignition fues works like a dream and it's hidden out the way.

Like it but i like the added facility of a camera at the rear which comes with the rear view dash cam and, in theory, you can leave it on without tempting thieves. That said i am tempted still as the one i have has a very large mirror which i don't like the look of
