Rear view mirror doesn’t return to its original position

Hi everyone,

I activated the mirror dip function using the OBD-Eleven One Click app. The mirror dips correctly when I shift into reverse, but when I start driving forward again, it tilts back up but doesn't reach its original position; it stays too low. This means I have to manually adjust it every time while driving.

The One Click app states that this feature is only for mirrors with the memory function, but I’m not sure what that means or if my car has it. Since the function seems to work (it moves), I assumed it should be possible. The mirrors also have heating; maybe that helps to know what’s possible.

Does anyone have experience with this or any tips?

Your Mirrow have No Position Sensor for x/y Axis

have a read of https://forum.obdeleven.com/post/85233 as @cairus said if you x/y axis are 255% then you dont have the memory module and the app will make the changes but your car does not have what is required to make it work.
