Recaro rear seats

I have just fitted a set of recaro rear seats in my Leon cupra r

What I wanted to know was, those who have it in there's either standard or aftermarket have you decided to fit a centre lap belt or not ??

I've seen this car with it and that got me thinking

They are in mine as standard so I think you should

Depends if you are ever going to use it as a seat.

What about the MOT? Do you not need a lap belt?

See that's what I was wondering
By fitting it is it a 2 seater in the back instead of the 3
Are you allowed to have a centre lap belt and have some one sit in the middle

Is that middle one classed as a seat?

As a belt is fitted on mine I would say yes. On the few times I have had 3 in the back the centre seat is not popular

I have one in mine, thought they were fitted as standard? I'd never take more than 2 in the back though, the lap belt's always tucked behind the seats.

yer kind of looks like 2 seats at the back, but its like a wasted space in the middle, id fit a belt and make use of the space and for it to match your V5 as being a 5 seater.

I got the recaros out of a 210 and just ditched the middle belt
Its sailed through an MOT like it too
