Recommend N/S front window regulator

Hi guys, after deciding to roll down the windows to let the unseasonably warm air out, my passenger window got half way down before a rather disturbing noise occurred so I attempted to roll the window back up but no joy. After dissembling my not that long ago re-sealed door panel (and damn the butyl strip sticks well) I found one of the steel cables on the regulator had come adrift other was wrapped around the winding wheel. I had lubed the mechanism up when I re-sealed the door and it had been super smooth.

So a replacement needs to be found and good old eBay has several available... a Febi one and some others priced more cheaply.
Anyone here had to replace one before and if so any thoughts as to the replacement options?
