Seat Leon Cupra 1.9 TDi currently running at 181.8hp and 345ft lb torque

How much power should I be expecting to get out of my cupra tdi but protecting the clutch as much as possible

Loads of little mods but these are the main ones

Turbo back custom exhaust 2.5"
Hybrid Turbo MD376
SFS upgraded pancake pipe
Deleted EGR valve

I had it on a dynorun and was told boost pressure is spiking high, now im looking at new remap as I wasn't happy with the figures its going to set me back £400+VAT so £500 :censored: at RS Tuning in Leeds

But I want to try tone down the power a little as I don't want to have to upgrade the Clutch etc, I can feel that this clutch currently in the car is just on its way out.

Any advice or feedback would be greatly appreciated

Take it to Darkside for a map. Bite the bullet and upgrade the clutch.

220hp and 350ft/lb should be your aim with a hybrid.

boost spike is the reason for the high torque figure.

Was is custom remapped? that price is high for a stage 1 flash

tone down the torque at low rpm and raise the power at higher rpm 180bhp on a hybrid is pants imho and clutch will be happier
