Wasn't sure whether to stick this in the relevant tuners thread or here, figured it was a mix of both so stuck it here as it would get more views/replies !

Im having the old stage 1 map done 4 years ago took off and having it remapped fresh.

Long story short, its a late 2002 cupra AUQ 180, had been remapped in 2008 to 210bhp by some tuners id never heard of, only modifications being a Forge 006 d/v valve.

Ive only had it a couple of months, and modifications i did were;

Toyosports 3" downpipe and decat
Cobra decat back resonated system with no baffle backbox
Pipercross panel filter (drilled a few holes in the bottom of the airbox furthest from the engine and removed the fins inside)
Yellow spring in 006 d/v
Creations motorsport turbo intake pipe
N249 removed

After having the exhaust and filter fitted i figured it would need the map adjusting to suit the decat so took it down to revo for a diagnostics session to be told it was running majorly rich and that turbo seals were shot, letting oil into the exhaust, it did puff blue smoke out on tickover if you blipped the accelerator

Sourced a replacement ko3s off a low mile accident damaged cupra 180 and fitted it, however im still getting a small amount of smoke but no where near as bad as before and it doesnt reek of burning oil anymore either.

Just wondering what sort of power figures/torque figures im due to expect with the new mods if all is well? was thinking around 220 ish?, bearing in mind it was at 210 with just a forge d/v ? As its going in this week to have the old map deleted and to be freshly mapped, im happy with how quick it is just want it to run right as its a bit jerky, and runs rich

Is there any other modifications i can do or bits i can change that will benefot it when getting it freshly mapped? The spark plugs have been in there 10,000 miles so was thinkin of changing those? Just was unsure which ones to go for? Trouble with me the old if its don't broke dont fix it haunts me again as everytime i change something that isnt broke something ends up broke! :whistle: , air filter is newish, had a recent oil change, is always run on bp ultimate, so cant think of anything else i could possibly to to benefit her !

Any ideas, tips, advice, recommendations?
