will invalidate the warranty on the parts where it puts more stress on the car due to the remap.
i.e. turbo, dpf, injectors etc....
If an electric window failed for example, then that would still be under warranty.
Of course, that does depend on the garage knowing that it has a remap, which they wont - unless you tell them

im goign to go for a Revo Remap on the car i think, will the other components paticulerly the clutch be ok left as standard?
I suppose it depends what sort of map you go for... there are no yes or no answer to be honest as every car will be different. Age, wear of parts, driving style all make a difference to the longitivity of the components.
Yes if you rag the car, my clutch is ok at 40k - so soft starts. At least super chips provide 1yr warranty against engine /trans failure. ................................
