Remote part number

Hi all, some of you may recall i had ordered a remote from my local stealer before christmas, apparently they are having "trouble" getting one so does anyone know the part number for a new remote for a facelift mk2?
i need it because there's a fella on fleabay with one that i'm hoping will work, also is there any way i can blag another sort of remote to work with my motor just in case, thanks in advance, sorry for rambling...

wait for the dealer as someone else here bought one of ebay and it was the wrong one also.

thats the thing, the dealer says he doesnt know if he can get one at all, something about them not being very common anymore, the fleabay fellas given me the part number of his remote i was just wondering if anyone knew the right part number, would prefer to get it from a dealer but they still cost £60 + vat +programming, (by the way what does programming entail?)

if you search for remote program ive posted a few times on how to set it up too

PS- they are bimbo plips so even a used one can be setup in another car
