Remove taillights Leon KL04

Hey guys.

I bought two cables to make my static indicators on the back somewhat dynamic.

Silly me thought I still could access the taillights (and cables) from the boot like in the previous types of Leon. But, since there is no bulbs to replace, it's not easy accessible anymore.

So, does anyone know how to access the taillights?

Hi,

Not yet, apparently the little plastic cover needs to be removed but it's easy to break. So I am waiting for a couple of warm days (probably two in the Netherlands ) to prevent it from breaking.

Will post immediately when done.

Hello,

Maybe you already know, but there is a plastic cap that comes off to gain access to the bolts to remove the outer lamp. I found out by accident that the cover comes off quite easily.
