Removing boot trim

Hi all,

Going to soundproof the boot and rear wheel arches on my MK3. I need to remove the lining/carpet/trim/whatever from the rear arches to move ahead. I had a quick look today but it wasn't obvious to me how you go about doing this? Does anybody have a guide I and other forum members could use please? I have searched and couldn't find anything.

Hehe... me to... i have SC FR with Seat Sound
Any tutorial or hint will be great to avoid breaking anything
