Removing rear windows

Hi all,

Trying to work out how remove the rear windows on my 04 cupra but cant work out how the strange pin design works that holds the glass on the runner, any ideas?

Its 2 plastic o rings that just push out But they will fall into door

Ah okay thanks, so do you just push them out towards the door skin and retrieve from the bottom of the door?

Yes push out inner first then outer To reinstall put the two pieces into the glass then push window down into the runner clip
